UNRWA-AUB Socio-Economic Survey of Palestine Refugees in Lebanon

This summer, UNRWA, in collaboration with the American University of Beirut, conducted a socio-economic survey of Palestine refugee households. The European Union-funded project describes the living conditions and welfare status of Palestine refugees in Lebanon.

Soup kitchen provides lifeline for elderly refugees

Vulnerable older people in Jerash camp have found a home from home at a dedicated soup kitchen for elderly refugees. Every Saturday, around 60 women and 20 men meet to talk and eat their meals together.
