UNRWA’s publications cover many different areas, from socio-economic reports to appeals, newsletters, strategy documents and UN resolutions. This archive, dating back to 2000, contains useful information for researchers, partners and members of the public.

Healthy body, healthy mind – As part of Summer Games children take part in various sports activities such as football, volleyball, gymnastics and athletics with emphasis on instilling teamwork and a sense of achievement.

Fun at the beach - In 2009 UNRWA transformed 25 beachfront locations into play areas where children took part in swimming, interactive games and arts and crafts.

As part of Summer Games children can participate in a variety of activities including sports, games, theatre projects, arts and crafts, and cultural activities.

Summer Games is the largest initiative of its kind and has proved very popular. In 2009 over 240,000 children took part.
