Camp life in Lebanon

The photographs in this essay were taken over a period of three days in late September 2010. They aim to provide a glimpse of the life of ordinary people, Palestine refugees, while they wait for a political solution to their plight.

A special photo essay for the life of the refugees temporarily displaced from Nahr El-Bared Camp will follow later.

Read photographer Isabel de la Cruz’s reflections on her journey through Lebanon’s refugee camps.
