Malaysia donates additional USD 1 million to support UNRWA operations in Gaza 06 December 2012 In response to conflict in the Gaza Strip in November, the Government of Malaysia has contributed USD 1 million to support operations of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) in the blockaded territory. An earlier contribution of USD 200,000 last month supports the Agency’s regular services throughout the occupied Palestinian territory, Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria.

Malaysia donates US$100,000 to UNRWA 13 December 2011 Malaysia has made a US$ 100,000 donation to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA). This contribution to UNRWA’s General Fund will support the Agency’s essential services to Palestine refugees in its five areas of operation.
