30 November 2010 The way to Rashidieh camp seemed endless in the heat along the heavily congested road to Tyre in south Lebanon. We finally arrived and asked about Hassan's whereabouts. He was very easy to locate. “You can find him in the church quarter,” everybody said.
21 April 2010 Mohammed Jalal Fahad, a 16-year old student at UNRWA’s Al-Aqsa School in Rashidieh Camp in Lebanon has, against all odds, won a scholarship at the prestigious Eton College in Britain. Mohammed will begin his studies at Eton this autumn, but has already been sent to visit Eton for a sneak preview of student life.
01 April 2010 The Ambassador of Italy to Lebanon and the Director of UNRWA Affairs in Lebanon inaugurated a new gymnasium in the UNRWA school in Rashidieh today, an initiative funded by the Italian embassy.
