Armed conflict in Syria continued to escalate this week, resulting in more loss of lives and significant displacement. As the situation continues to deteriorate in Syria, more civilians are unable to meet their basic needs.
Qabr Essit camp is near the town of Sayyedeh Zeinab (granddaughter of the Prophet Mohammad). Her shrine is at a mosque in the town and is a site of pilgrimage.
