The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) has learned of a large explosion in Sbeineh Camp, Damascus Governorate, on 27 May, 2013. Early reports suggested that the explosion was caused by a ground-to-ground missile or airstrike.
