Department of External Relations and Communications (East Jerusalem)

Headed by the Director of External Relations (DER), Tamara Alrifai, secures, diversifies, increases and sustains the Agency’s funding base by developing, implementing, monitoring and updating the Agency’s resource mobilization strategy; identifies opportunities and liaising for the purposes of building robust partnerships with donors, governments, inter-governmental organizations, non-governmental organizations, foundations, the private sector and other bodies concerned with Palestine Refugees. The Department is comprised of the following structure.
