Department of Information Management and Technology (Amman, Gaza)

Headed by the Director, Information Management and Technology and Chief Information Officer (DIMT & CIO), implements all information management and technology activities within the Agency including compliance monitoring against relevant information management and technology policies, technical instructions and other standards; builds IT solutions automating and streamlining business processes, managing information security risks and providing efficient information sharing within the Agency and with external stakeholders. The department provides oversight to all Fields Information Management and Technology Offices as well as the IT Service Centre in HQs. The department is comprised of the following structure:
