To commemorate the 12th anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami, Palestine Refugee students from four UNRWA schools in the Japan neighborhood of Khan Younis came together to participate in a series of cultural activities in solidarity with Japan.

During his official visit to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the President of the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly, Csaba Kőrösi, visited the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) Jabal Hussein Preparatory Girls’ School No.1, in al-Hussein camp.

UNRWA currently needs US$ 1.4 billion for operations, programmes and emergency response.
