Creative Palestine Refugee Uses Cash for Work Opportunity to Create Long-Term Employment for Himself

Samer Daher from Shatila Palestine Refugee Camp in Lebanon worked as a sanitation labourer for two months thanks to the Cash for Work (CfW) project implemented through the KfW Development Bank. See how he used his savings to create a long-term job opportunity for himself, lifting himself and his family out of a difficult economic situation. Thanks to funding from the German KfW Development Bank, 14,000 Palestine Refugees have benefitted from CfW placements as sanitation laboueres, workers at construction sites, and other opportunities for youth.
