Despite working in unspeakable circumstances, thousands of UNRWA staff continue to serve their communities in the Gaza Strip. Jaber is one of them. He works as counselor in an UNRWA school-turned-shelter in Nuseirat. He tries to bring some joy to children there, through play activities.
