Following the tragic death of her daughter, Bushra was left to pick up the pieces and look after her orphaned grandchildren. As illness plunged her family into financial difficulties, a loan from UNRWA's microfinance department helped her develop her small business -- a 24-hour children's nursery -- which has helped support her family and given her financial independence.
