Husam Okal is a long-time UNRWA staff member displaced to the UNRWA Khan Younis Training Centre (KYTC) in the southern Gaza Strip with his family. As of 29 October, 672,000 internally displaced people are sheltering in 149 UNRWA facilities throughout the Gaza Strip, which is four times their intended capacity. 22,000 IDPs are sheltering in KYTC.
