Partnerships and inter-agency coordination strategy 2018

Monday, September 10, 2018

Partnerships and inter-agency coordination are both important paths for organizations to deliver on their mandates. They have become standard across the humanitarian world as evidences by the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) agenda and the "Delivering as One" process.

Against the backdrop of increasingly scarce resources, ambitious development goals, as well as increasing needs amongst beneficiaries for UNRWA services, the need for partnerships and coordination with other UN agencies as well as non-governmental organizations (NGO) has never been greater.

This strategy establishes a framework for UNRWA Lebanon Field Office's (LFO) approach to partnerships and inter-agency coordination.
